  1. Giovani dos Santos

  2. anyone ever thought we should have a look at stuart holden who is at bolton? iv heard good things about him.. apparently he is a pretty useful midfielder

  3. He was available on a free this past January. I thought Aberdeen brought him in for a chat before he trialed and signed with Bolton...

I have seen him play mainly out wide and sometimes in the center....

He would have been a good pickup. Unfortuenately, he just signed an extension w/ Bolton....

  4. I'd like to see Martin Petrov in the hoops, apparently the Huns want him though, according to the Hun, which I doubt.

  5. Skysports.com understands Burnley striker Steven Fletcher is set to move to Wolves in a move worth £7.5million.
Fletcher joined the Clarets last summer from Hibernian[IMG] for £3million but following his side's relegation to the Championship last season could now be on his way out of Turf Moor.

:31:Well done the board on missing out of being able to land Steven then sell him on in the future .
HIbs have a reported 25% sell on fee decent deal for them ,

one message is quite clear is that it is better for young Scots to go down South. Compare the progress of the likes of Dorrans, Adam, Fletcher, Gordon and Berra . mc carthy ,to the ones who stayed here like Riordan, Thomson, Brown, Naismith etc. Moving to either us or the huns is not good for there future ,

How about fabio Quagliarella he can find the net from just about anywhere brill player and only plays for lazio

  8. Think he plays for Napoli. He's a good player but one of those Italians that generally stay in and around Italy rather than go abroad.

  9. Agree with everything you say, in fact our youngsters should even consider other leagues like Paul Lambert once upon a time, Brian O'Neill, etc. Life abroad should broaden their mind and ability.

Only thing is though I suspect that Hibs really held us to ransom over Fletcher and acted the *. I think they may have agreed X amount and then kept raising the fee.

  10. What about Canavro? He's been released by Juventus and is a Free Agent was in the paper the other day hes calling himself "The Captain without a club"

  11. Celtic don't buy known players, they like to go out and buy ones, that you haven't heard of, and really get annoyed, if you have seen them play before, so to suggest any you are not helping.

  12. Would * love Cannavaro, even at this age. Him and big Sol Campbell at the back, LOL

Would probably be the most expensive old age pensioners going though.

  13. I'm the same, I really didn't expect people to actually be suggesting players in the player suggestion thread :icon_mrgreen:

  15. Robert Lewandowski - striker!! fantastic young player

  16. Cannavaro and Campbell would still be quicker than Josh Thompson lol. didnt know Cannavaro was released by Juve, bit shocked at it tbh! He'l surley stay in Italy though.

  17. Lewandowski is going to Dortmund
Artur Sobiech is the next big striking talent that will be coming out of poland

  19. Sorry if he's already been mentioned before, but Adel Taarabt?

been quoted as saying signing for spurs was a mistake etc.

was quality at QPR and scored some amazing goals
