    That's roughly £23,250 a week (excluding bonuses). I think that's actually achievable for us, once we get rid of some more deadwood. Would be well worth it for Mellberg.

    He'd definitely do a job at left-back - would give us a bit more cover there. He'd cost a fair bit in wages, etc, though.

    Going off the subject, he was born the exact same day as I was.
