Doyle is wanted by the big clubs down South and Fletcher doesn't score anywhere near enough goals.

With regards to Montero. He's a quality player. A small forward but he seems to survive in the MLS, which can be rather physical. I suspect he will probably end up with a club in Spain. There was some interest from La Liga. Real Betis.

To add another to the defensive side of things. How about someone like Chad Marshall, big strong CB for Columbus. Probably one of the best defenders in the league.

12 goals in 33 games for one of the worst teams i've ever seen in the epl is pretty good imo.

Rob Earnshaw, great goals per game ratio. Fast, full of effort & energy. Would be a good pairing with Rass for next season. Could get him for 2-3m depending if Forest make the EPL via the play offs. Asked him the question and he'd love to play for Celtic, said it would be a dream! Would deff be better than the current goal shy duds. Thoughts?

why do people keep saying we should sign Ramis?? I can guarantee nearly all of the people suggesting his name had never heard of him or seen him play before Mowbray (who's signings were awful) tried to sign him...

remember Fortune before suggesting players Mowbray tried to sign

Please use this thread if you are suggesting players you think would be good for us, don't start transfer rumour threads unless there is an actual rumour, thanks.

Well living in sunny yorkshire gives me the opportunity to watch other games now and again. Thinking outside the box here but we're gonna have tight purse strings so realistic suggestions would be:

Jamal Campbell Ryce. Ex Barnsley player now with Bristol i think. Was a right winger with Barnsley. Fast attacking player.Good at crossing.Scored a cracker in this video.Go to 2:31 and you'll see what i mean. YouTube - Barnsley 4 - 1 Doncaster Rovers - 04.10.2008

Another ex Barnsley player here.Brian Howard who is now at Reading.Saw a few games with him playing.Has the same sort of never say die attitude that Lennon has.Quite similar style of play as Lennon too.Scored the winner for Barnsley against Liverpool in FA cup in 2008. Hard grafting player that i think would fit in well. Here's his winner against Liverpool YouTube - Liverpool v Barnsley Brian howard last minute fa cup

Michael Bradley would be a great player in two different aspects. 1.) He's a great centreal midfielder who gets around the pitch, passes well and scores his fair share of goals. 2.) He is the son of U.S. national team coach Bob Bradley, at the age of 22 he already has 41 caps for the U.S. and is the likely future captain of the National Team, all in all he is a marketing wet dream for Lawwell the Liar.
