    Jermaine Beckford - Deffo :50: said his name a few times, he would run amoj up here, few premiership teams are looking at him though.

    Darren Gibson - Would like to see him come here, would fit into our midfield perfectly and would gain first team football every week, reminds me of Carrick the way he plays.

    Keith Andrews - I'l admit i laughed when Ince signed him for B'burn, but hes turned out to be a good little player, would cost a bit though.

    I resckon we should be scouting alot more for players in the Croatian and Serbian leagues.Talented footballers keep coming off the assembly line here and are good value for money

    I'd like us to sign Tamas Priskin from Ipswich, seeing as he isnt playing regularly for them and I think he would do quite well in the SPL

    May be a pipedream, but I think Jozy Altidore would fit nicely at Celtic. He's a powerful forward and has a great finish. Villareal is close with Celtic and they seem in no hurry to get him in their side as they loan him out season after season.

    He's been * for Ipswich because Ipswich are *. With marginally better players, he could probably do better. Plus, the Championship is probably better than the SPL, so he could do well down here.

    here is a couple of players we should try to get in jan and the summer
    1. Paul scholes is ready to leave man utd he is 35 and could last atleast 3 to 5 years in spl
    2nd try a cheeky bid for Ryan giggs? Why not 36, both player wouldn't really want to play for any other epl so why not the spl
    last is a young boy out on loan the now but we could revitalise his career. Is freddy Adu, he is still only 20 and was ment to be the next best thing maybe celtic could turn him around? and would not cost much,
    Now think if we had these 3 players we would have a very exciting team

    I don't think Scholes or Giggs would play for the money we could pay, and Adu keeps getting slated as disappointing, but I think that's ludicrous. The last few matches for the US team he's looked great and he's only 20. People expected way too much from him at 16. I'm not opposed to him playing at Celtic, but I'm not sure where he'd fit. He's not really a true striker...

    Dont think u got my point with giggs n scholes
    they prob would come for a decent wage. they are the kind of people who show loyalty and they are not money hungry.
    there not daft in thinking that they would get the same wages they get at man utd, they would be coming for the experince of what it is like to play for for 1 of the old firm. instead of either retiring, which is the only option for theses kind of players.
    Reason would u want these kinds of players to play for the likes of tottenham when playing for Man utd for your hole life,
    they need the excitement of a challenge and that is where the Celtic come in

    Also with adu im not getting him as a striker, he would play in the wings assisting goals and grabing a few himself, with the right team and i do think celtic would suit him perfectly.

    Tin Hat on here, but I think we might be advised to go in for Anthony Stokes again as he is doing the business with Hibs. The guy is a natural predator
    in the box, and if we were to offload Fortune in January, I would be sorely tempted to go for Stokes.
