One of the best I've watched in a long time..

    What a player he is..

Noticed the red bull on the back of the jersey so no doubt Salzburg or Leipzig will be reaping the rewards of that one..

    Outrageous player..

I read that the player’s manager and player don’t care too much for the Red Bull and they want him to go to the best place for him. Get the offer in and sell it to him he’s on the doorstep of the PL.

Outrageous player alright, well worth sticking a bid in, it’s like asking a model out, she’ll probably say no, but if you get her in a weak moment… cha ching!

    Harry Souttar is a diddy.

Doig isn’t good enough under pressure to play for us. He’s one of and sometimes the worst in the league when it comes to passing. That’s not even getting into how easily bullied he is.

McCann and Nisbet are the only SPFL players I see us moving for.

Only seen Souttar a couple of times but always looked calm and dominating when I’ve seen him. He pish?

He was a donkey at Ross County from what I remember. So clumsy and painfully slow..

    Aye.

Welsh is miles ahead of him yet I’d say he’s nowhere near good enough to be first choice for us if we want to be a serious team in Europe again.

Genuinely struggle to think of CB’s in our league that I wouldn’t take ahead of Souttar to be honest :giggle1:

Aye Souttars absolutely miles off what we need watched him plenty of times, stiff, cant turn, poor on the ball absolutely last thing we need, only redeeming quality he has is his height.

    We need much better.

We need an overhaul and a load of signings but a top(at our level obviously) CB, CM and Striker will transform this team. Really need to get those positions right.

Don’t really have a clue who we could target as a striker.

We'll have a freshness to us but we need a real real injection of pace throughout the squad and some powerful bodies as well that are decent in both boxes..

    We're too soft..

    Loads to do..

Would cost some money but I’d go for Admehdozic and Yokuslu straight away.

Got a feeling that wee Maeda would be some option for us as well.

Massive club's were on that Swedish centre half last window. Yokuslu at Celta but was impressive for West Bromley despite going down and no doubt play well at the Euro's..

It's gonna be hard getting the right quality we need..

Signings that we've been linked with that would majorly add a new dimension to us..

    Forster?

    Van Ewijk
    Uremovic/Vuskovic
    Jullien
    Left back?

    McGregor
    ? Tankaka?

    Forrest/Kerk
    Turnbull
    Lovric/Furuhashi

Striker? Nisbet I'd have as an option as backup but we need at least 2 player's of substantial quality ahead of him..

Apart from Tanaka and Furuhashi all of these have been linked with us and would all improve our team. Lot of pace and goals in there..

I know it's all hypothetical but whatever..

I’ve never understood the logic here. If Edouard Mendy or Haaland came to us, who is to say they’d have been anywhere near the players they are today? If you alter even one thing in a player’s trajectory they could end up a completely different player. Butterfly effect and that.

A lot of Australians on their football forums saying that Ange won’t go for Aussie’s straight away just given the lack of time. That’ll be a second summer window job. I can see us shopping in the SPL and lower English leagues. Out of the SPL I’d take McCann, Doig, Nisbet and Siegrist too to properly compete with Barky. I’d even take Campbell from Motherwell as an energetic, obstructive option for midfield. I doubt Hibs would sell us 2 in the one window so I’d take Doig before Nisbet because I think we desperately need another LB and we’d be fools to pass on an opportunity to get him in, so much potential.
