Would probably spell the end for at least one player at Celtic if he was played out wide but seems a good utility player and a decent option for right back also..

 

Daniel Agger has been linked with a 3million move to the likes of Malaga and Fiorentina. That is certainly not out of our reach. He is a good player - good enough to be playing regularly at Liverpool IMO.

He would be a coup.

I agree, great left sided centre back plus its well documented he's a huge celtic fan he cited the ynwa link was one of the reasons he went to liverpool as he supported us.

You're telling me to respect what people say. Nearly 10,000 posts on here and I haven't been told to respect what people say- because I do. I will continue to give my opinion on suggested players in here. I remain of the opinion that most premier league players would reject a Celtic move. I am realistic, that's all. I think you have trouble accepting that Celtic and Rangers are almost last resorts in the eyes of most Prem players- through no fault of their own- and it saddens me.

Yes I do have a problem, as it was in no way constructive.It was in a few reports documenting he grew up as a Celtic fan, and one of the reports mentioned the YNWA part which I mentioned. You were basically just being a wideo. I also have two mates who have been on trial at liverpool, one of them who is at Celtic and have also told me the same.

 

I am not disputing whether or not he had a soft spot for Celtic.

I simply don't think that had anything to do with joining Liverpool.
