At this rate I'd take defoe as a stop gap till we get a replacement for dembele no point keeping a player who doesn't want to play

Just seen Haaland's agreed to join Salzburg in Jan for 6m. Why the * weren't we all over that, would've been an ideal long term replacement for Moussa.

Rafael Leao ended up going to Lille on a free as well. Those 2 were the only guys I was really hoping we'd make a move for if we had to sell Dembele. At this point a Solanke/Abraham loan would probably be our best bet but with no chance of a permanent they'd still be pretty disappointing.

Think this is about the 4th or 5th time now but for RB can we just go all in for Almamy Toure, supposedly available for 7m which is a * bargain for someone as good as him.

And since Benkovic is only a loan, can we stick in a 3m bid for Rodrigo Caio, would suit our 3 at the back system so well.
