    Yann Karamoh or Marcus Coco to join their fellow French under 21 stars. Think they would both cost about €8-10 million. So it would be completely pushing the boat out but would be good replacements for Paddy.

    I got a call tonight from a guy I work with who lives in Dundee and is involved with the Arab trust and other stuff. He has heard similar, that basically Armstrong has done the same at Celtic as he did at Utd to force a move. There is a deal agreed-don't know who he Club he's going to is-and I won't mention the fee as for me it's outlandish, but he did say that Utd have got a 20% sell on clause

    I never watched a lot of football when he got his big move so I never actually saw him and what the hype was all about back in 2014. Overall however, it sounds like he was touted as maybe being a bit more special than he will actually turn out to be. Not saying he won't turn into a decent player, but maybe not the world-class Scot that he was supposed to be.

    He's said previously that he enjoys playing abroad and thinks that the style of play suits him better, so I can't see him coming back to Scotland yet.

    I'd probably say that given he's struggled for first team appearances there, any financial gamble could be minimal.

    Still only 21, has a lot to offer and whilst I think he may struggle to break into the team right now, he'd still be a great addition as a utility player for either wing and rogic position.

    People probably wouldn't like it but 2mill with add ons and 10% sell on fee should be around the price that would get hin

    He was excellent for Dundee United, really wanted us to get him. Hasn't worked out at Sporting, but I definitely wouldn't write him off or be against signing him.
