Yaya is out of favour at Man City under Pep, they won't want to loan him out to another EPL club. Yaya is going nowhere whilst he is on the type of money he is on atm at Man City.

He is now 33, his brother Kolo is with us, who's to say Yaya won't join us on a season long loan deal should we reach CL Group Stages?

They would of course have to pay the vast majority of his wages which the Shiekhs wouldn't bat an eyelid at. Pocket change to them as long as it gets an unhappy player off the books.

With Brendan as manager and his brother Kolo here, also when you consider the relationship we have with Man City, it isn't completely out the realms of possibility.

This is why I love this thread. To see dreams written down always makes it look seem more believable.

Same could be said for pogba eventually ending up with his brother at partick thistle

    Not really.

Paul Pogba has just become the most expensive player in the world, on double the wages of Yaya Toure and seen as one of Man Utds most important players.

Yaya is now 33 and coming to the end of his career, isn't rated or wanted by his manager and has been basically saying for a while now that he's fed up at City and wants a change of scenery. Basically the only thing keeping him there is his wage packet.

We are in a unique point in our history where we have a super influential, persuasive manager as has been seen by our signings so far. Kolo is here, so I'm sure he talks to Yaya regularly about how he's getting on up here.

When you factor all that in and the fact Man City won't want to loan him to another EPL side.

All I'm saying is that should we qualify for the CL, it isn't impossible.

Schweinsteiger and Xavi are two of my favourite midfielders ever, would blow my load if we signed either of them.
