    Impressed in La Liga before moving to Villa. Started well there but has been shut out since Sherwood was appointed. Could probably get him on loan or for a cut price

    It's a different situation. He's went to Villa and it's not worked out. He way still be out of range. But it'd be worth enquiring about

    Will probably end up back in La Liga though

    He'd be a great signing, news sites saying his wages will be cut because of the relegation so he will be moving, plenty of premier league clubs will want him though.

    I doubt Allan is coming here, I'd take him though..

    Would seriously hamper hibs winning the league though, and for that reason I'd like to him to stay at Easter road..

    He's a decent player but if Armstrong can't nail down a place in this team, where would that leave Allan? We'll have far too many attacking midfielders.

    And you're right, it would be a big blow to Hibs. On the other hand, it would be a massive get it up you to the huns. Not usually interested in that but it would be a nice wee bonus.

    It would be healthy competition, Allan to eventually slot in for commons and then that leaves Johansen and Allan or Allan can play in a 2 so that has broony, bitton, and Henderson and mulgrew and Armstrong, who can play in a number of other positions..

    Unless I'm missing players out, it's not that big a squad but packed in midfield of quality. Don't think anyone can deny that Allan has real quality, particularly at splitting defences with his range of passing..
