Michael Bradley and Vincent Enyeama both really impressed me today.

If Boruc leaves Enyeama would be a great replacement. Playing with Hapoel at the moment so i doubt he would cost a great deal.

I've kept an eye on Bradley ever since I seen him play in the U19s World Cup in 2007. He's turned out to be a cracking player. We might be out-priced though.

Couldn't hack it at Benfica and he was loaned out for the season.

Too much expectation on the boy ever since he was 15/16.

That's the thing with the world cup, it increases a players value HUGELY and they could end up being a flop if the player is unheard of. For example El hadj Diouf and Salif Diao got bought by Liverpool and were bought for a massive fee just because they had a few good games in the world cup but the players mentioned above Enyeama and Bradley are very good players and should definitely be bought but alot of others will be over-rated and over-priced

He was interviewed along with brett holman and pim verbeek about how the socceroos would go in south africa, the other day even though scott mcdonald didnt make it into the final 23 instead we took the J leagues version of samaras who looks like jesus, a recently ex a league player and harry kewell as strikers thus explaining the 4-0 this morning....

On a related note samaras is actually eligiable to play for australia internationally, would have been hilarious to see them playing together at both celtic and international level

In relation to the thread Aaron Mokoena has looked really soild in the games ive seen him play (fa cup final and south africa v mexico) he looked really comfortable under the high ball and shutting down play. I wouldnt mind seeing him in hoops

Benfica loaned him out with anoption to buy to Monaco sent him back
then to Belenenses who he was at for 6 months till they got a new manager and he sent him back also.
now on loan at greek side Aris Thessaloniki FC.

didn't make USA's 30man squad for the world cup, obviously didn't make the 23 man squad to go over there either.
Sounds like the kind of playre we want . :56:
    Should be cheap atleast.

FC Twente has agreed personal terms with Marc Janko (Red Bull Salzburg), now both clubs need to agree on the transfer fee .

Finally no more Janko to Celtic,

I think I read Onyewu is verbally contracted himself to Milan and to play for FREE this season seeing as he only made like 1 appearance last year through injury.

Wondering about the availability of Donovan by the time Everton couldn't extend his loan last year. He must be high on Everton's radar. He had a great time against England though as well...

    Apologies if old news.
