    The €10M fee is imaterial. If he is awesome we will trigger the buy out clause and he will just reject personal terms and go back to PSG where he has a contract until 2020.

    Chico Flores is pretty average but would take him at this stage, same with Kirchoff. Bassong used to be a beast but injuries have * him really, too much of a risk.

    I'm actually happy with our Business this window with the exception of getting a centre back in due to these injuries. We're managed to get through the window without selling any of our key players who are worth a few quid I.e Tierney, Dembele, Armstrong, Simonovic etc. I didn't think for one minute I would see Roberts in a celtic jersey again and we've managed to do it. Big thumbs up as well to whoever was responsible for scouting Ntcham beacause he looks a real gem and will shine for us in Europe as well as domestically. We are a year further on in development from playing the champions league last year so we are far more equipped this year in my opinion than we were last, and I for one are optimistic we can hold our own in the group and if we manage to finish 3rd and up our points tally with maybe a run on the Europa league that is definitely progression for me !

    I would have been over the moon if all we brought in was Roberts and a centre back and held onto our established players. Ntcham was an unexpected pleasant surprise who looks the real deal so fair play there Celtic. But a centre back for me was vital for Europe.

    We have struggled at the start of the season against some SPL teams. We went 4-1 down to Astana away. They could and should have scored a 5th to make it 5-1.

    People who think we are in an OK state to go and play against a disgustingly well backed PSG and Bayern Munich need to take their medicine.

    We could get gutted in those games, especially away.

    Domestically, we should crush the opposition, but already I feel we look a little more complacent this year and injuries are taking their toll. Not getting at least a Centre Back is a major failure in my eyes.

    Says me mate. So we would bring a mid tabled South African 19 year old. One who ended up at another mediocre SA team for not much money. Ajax Amsterdam weren't fussed and they aren't in Europe. It wouldn't have worked out.

    Would've liked a CB in but Rodgers seems to want to stick with Jozo and Boyata as first choice.
