Could have been a big, big player.

Won't play any higher than the championship now. He's levelled out and missed his chances to get back on track.

They're looking to offload some decent earners, which includes Watt & Igor Vetokele. The fans aren't too happy with the new owners cost-cutting mentality.

Just scored again today, Cardiff now 2-0 up with Watt also being fouled for the penalty for the first goal

It was Anthony Pilkington who scored.

They look similar, except Pilkington is Black.

Scored again tonight. Seems to do reasonably well wherever he goes.

Surprised at the lack of "should never had sold him" posts.

Just think lads, if we never sold Watt or got rid of Berget we probably l would have won the champions league by now!

    Oh the horror

Every club he's been at he's starts of like a house on fire then disappears from the team. Can't doubt his footballing ability, must be something else going. He should still be here he's a better footballer than Griffiths.

Always starts strong but drifts away as he did at Liege and Charlton. Still think he's a true Bhoy for life and Would love to see him back if Ronny ends up gone. Not better than Griffiths tho.. Not even close. Has shown nothing to even back up an argument like that.

Think Lawell would need to be gone before Watt gets back. Boy is a * tube for throwing it away. Such a decent talent.

I wouldnt be against him coming back in a couple of years. The place he was in at the time meant he marked his own card. I actually heard it was because of biscuits that he wreaked a second chance under Deila. Not fancy disco biscuits either * hobnobs or something. I dont know what the craic was whey the biscuits but he gave cheek to John Collins after being confronted over this. I dont even know if I believe that story myself but I did hear it anyway.

Could have been a massive player. Would take him back in a heart beat.

Won't ever be more than and English championship player now which is a shame because if he got the head down, didn't waste multiple season in his development and timed his move right he would be headed for much bigger things.

Just doesn't have the mentality. Who knows he may have/will mature but IMO he's wasted it.

    Would absolutely take him back.

Some players haven't even made their debut at 21. He has plenty of time to develop

he tends to start off well for new clubs then fades away, done it in belgium, same with charlton, and now has made a good start at cardiff.

He'll consistently score for a club soon,if this isn't the start of it,there's obviously a very good goal scorer there, very natural.

Griffiths has the mindset to reach his though, Tony Watt doesn't.

He's a very good player. His ability was never in question and I honestly believe he was the best striker to come out of our youths for year's..

Hopefully he screws the nut and I'd take him back without doubt..
