    Watt has done nothing to suggest he's better than Griffiths?

    Griffiths scored a lot of goals at 2nd tier Scottish level, Tony Watt has scored goals at SPL level 3 years before Griffiths did, he has also scored against Barcelona, that is like nothing Griffiths has on his CV.

    So Griffiths might have been better at this age than Watt is but Watt is showing a lot more promise than Griffiths at a much younger age.

    Drop Hooper and start Watt for the rest of the season

    Same situation with McGeouch. Drop Commons and play McGeouch the rest of the season. Let them show what they can do instead of playing boys we already what they are capable of

    Not that I'm agreeing with the earlier post about him being drunk at training, but I remember Celtic Rumours posting something on twitter about maturity and off field issues being the reason he was out of the team, not a lack of form.

    Mind you, thats why it is called Celtic Rumours.

    I'm sure he will be in the squad for the run in

    He's had over 20 apparences and a 3 Champions League apparences, as an 18 year old for Celtic in his brekthrough season.

    He isn't 'out the team' that is impressive. That rarely happens.

    We've got plenty of time to ensure he keeps developing. No need to rush it tbh. He's already been involved somewhat this year, though at times I think he should have been given the nod to start rather than used as a sub. But all in all it's good experience for him considering he's only just turned 19.

    So far this year he's played - in minutes - the equivalent of just over 12 full games and scored 6 goals with 4 assists in that time.

    As always, the stats don't show the full picture (impressive as they are already). Obviously it doesn't account for team work or glimpses of ability like in Devlin's clip on the last page, or, likewise, any sitters missed.
