Hooper put in a decent shift. I've seen Forrest tear teams apart and, as a teenager, take charge of a game when we were 10 points behind and 3-0 down. I find his antics mildly annoying, nothing more.

I like my players to have work ethic, and Tony Watt has work ethic, he bullied that Caley defense all day long. On this kind of performance, notwithstanding his goal prowess, Watt will be pushing Hooper and Stokes for a starting place soon.

I'm not talking about his ability, I'm talking about his attitude and what he needs to improve on or do you believe e doesn't need to improve? As a young footballer?

Do you believe he doesn't need to put a shift on off the ball because he is talented going forward? Do you think his continued lack of desire to fight for the ball when needed is acceptable?

I don't, even Wee Jinky worked his * off for the team. Forrest is required to as well. He would do well to take a look at Kris Commons and follow his example, another player who works his * off forthe team and fights for the ball.

That's not just ability though, it's incredible character at such a young age. He never shrank against Oldco either. His work-rate could be better, but again I think it's being exaggerated a bit.

No, it is just ability and confidence. He has it in abundance but rught now he needs to get his head down and work hard for the team.

At the minute he's behind both Commons and Sammy in the team. Lets see how he handles it. It's coming across like I'm mot a fan of Forrest, which isn't true. I just know what he needs to do for him to become a far beter player and for him to be effective for us in the Champions League. He's certainly got nowhere near te workrate of Nakamura or Aiden McGeady.

We'll agree to disagree then mate. Funny you say that because I'm coming across like a massive Forrest fan, but I actually think he's overrated by a lot of people. Certainly those who think he's better than McGeady.

I don't think it's debatable that his performance against Killie was more than ability and confidence though.

Thought Tony Watt was immense today. Showed Hooper up if I'm honest to the point where I got a riddy for him at his 'that's ma bhoy, taught him all he knows' attitude. I think he was just embarrassed that Watt had more of the ball, showed more desire, showed more maturity and scored 2 whereas Hooper just complained a lot. There were some small signs of a good partnership and good understanding if Hooper could just get back the desire he used to have and lose the big time attitude.

With regards to Forrest, I get * off with him putting his hands out looking at the ref too but I don't think his workrate is in question. I spoke to a guy a few years ago who worked at Celtic and asked who are the best in training (he is actually a Hun so has no favourites). He said McCourt is immense and regularly skins 4 and 5 players and scores but there's a young boy Forrest who just runs and runs in training then as soon as it's finished he's working on things himself or on a bike, doing weights etc he said his attitude is first class. Personally I think he's bulked up a bit and is taking time to get used to the extra weight.

I think both Watt and Forrest should start against Helsingborg and I'm glad we've got 2 exciting, enthusiastic, talented, humble young guys on the books.

    HAIL HAIL!!
