  1. being a smart * helps no-one .people can only make judgements on what they have seen so far.i personally have seen few encouragements but ultimately not enough to justify sayng we will win leagues for years to come. aclub like celtic really can't afford to wait 18 months to appraise a manager or it could be another 18 months down the swanny every time

  2. out of the three cb that we had, while all were not the best, loovens was actually the worst of the three and he chose to keep him

  3. ill wait to see how we get on with the old firm games.

  4. So if we try to sign the 3 other players it'll come to at least 7 million.

So how much money will there be left to spend after that? Not much at all, and that's the squad getting worse with Keane leaving.

  5. :56: I could not give two *.

These people are no were to been seen when we beat hearts for instance during the week. Its easy to say this after weve drew or get beat. Make a judgement at the end of the season dont make it half way through. I'm pretty sure these people will be hiding if we win the league this season. Theres 13/14 games to go with 7 points (currently) init albeit it'll be 10 by tonight. Its not over until its mathematically over. In the case of most supporters, we could just fone Mowbray and say tell the team theve got a holiday and they can come back in august cause the league over anyway.

Those 3 players' transfers can easily be done by selling McGeady. And we'd even have money left to spend. But Braafheid said he doesn't have intention to stay here, he only wants first team footie until summer.

  6. So that's us without Keane & McGeady for next season?

    Great.

  7. Haha, well yeah. You could see McGeady getting sold from a mile off, we almost lost him in January. He'll almost certainly leave in summer. Also, there's no way Keane will stay if we don't win the league. Even then it's not certain.

  8. Kamara has proven to be a better signing than keane so far, we need nguemo and we need braafheid....we have fortune and rasmussen up front and with the option to move kamara up there....we sell samaras (PLEASE !!!) and Loovens and get some of the money back, and we just need a center back ! (hopefully st ledger)

  9. nobody is going to come on and criticise after we've won thats just a fact, why do that? but my views don't change game to game and i will keep the viewpoint that he is failing,if we win the league i will gladly gorge myself on humble pie and change my opinion and will come on here and declare as much.nothing, however indicates that will happen.
    and "i couldn't give 2 *" c'mon ,whats that.

  10. Yeah, your not very good at being a smart * though:50:

Ok, so we should all just be silent and keep it a secret that we think Mowbray is not good enough for the job until we lose the league?

And it's easy to say when we draw or get beat cause this is happening ALL THE TIME these days. Yes, I try to be optimistic when we beat 'hearts during the week' as you say, but optimism can only last so long before the truth sets in. To walk around in fantasy land saying that it's mathematically still possilbe for us to win the league is not in my nature, it would be possible if we had a manager, not with Mowbray.

  11. slaven billic , whats the fuss about this fella? His croatia side beat england and ppl are bumming him. He didnt qualifyfor the world cup.. that says enough realy.

    No better than mowbray

  12. yeah lets get mowbay to * as its his falt that so many players have been injured and that our strikers have missed sitters

  13. Thats fine then. Theres alot of people on here that change there view week in week out day in day out so what i'm saying is aimed at them not the people who stick to there views through wins, draws and defeats.

  14. fair'nuff.hope your hearing me feast on humble pie in may

  15. Mowbray, as much as I've stuck by him in the past, just isn't good enough to manage us. There has been improvement since January but honestly we can't do the simple things defensively. I understand sacking him now might do more harm than good but I can't sit and watch us score and then 2 minutes later concede. Why didn't we show Barnes this much loyalty?

  16. Because people believe that Mowbray is 'Celtic-minded', which is nonsense.

A guy from England who was here for a few years does not make him 'Celtic-minded', I'd say Alan Thompson probably has more affection for the club than Mowbray.

  17. Everbody can see the obv flaws at this present time in his team, but people forget that he doesnt have his first choice centre halves doesnt have his first choice right back. He's too scared to drop players like McGeady on a bad run. His tactics have been stupit at times. His subs have been questionable. He doesnt look like he has motivational skills. He doesnt show passion on the sideline. He is building though. Bringing in young exciting talents aswell as some experienced players in the right leagues not experienced spl players.

Everybody can see this and everybody knows this. We just dont have to say after every single defeat or draw. We will give him time to show what he can or cant do. I have patience and will suffer instant pain for future gain. I'm not going to act like a spoilt child coming on here greeting after every result.

  18. Were all on the same page mate :50: It just some people are showing way too much impatience.
