    What a fantastic ambassador for Celtic he was. I'm not one for tributes but in these days of China, multiple shirt sponsors and players going on strike... let's never forget our history.

    I worked in the Dunblane Tesco for a year whilst at uni. Had the pleasure of serving Big Tam a few times. I didn't want to bother him with Celtic chat so just got on with it like anyone else, was totally in awe in all honesty and nerves got the better of me anyway. He was a very nice man.

    Really sad news, gutted about this.

    Had the pleasure of sinking a pint with Tommy and Bobby Murdoch at Glasgow Airport about 20 years ago. They were going to a convention in the USA and I went up to say hello and they asked my to join them. Chatted away to both for about 10 minutes. Absolute gentlemen the both of them and great characters. The Lions dressing room must have been some craic.

    Heaven 11 gets another iconic player to join it's ranks.

    Sad to hear of his passing today . That's another Lion we've lost . Condolences to his family and friends . When I think of big Tam , I mostly think of his penalty technique . Also , I remember the fact that he scored in 2 European Cup finals , whilst playing left back . That's some going . R.I.P. Tam .
