I'm looking for three tickets near the Celtic end if you still need to get rid of them?

Lads i ended up with 4 extra but few boys from belfast bought them off me over the weekend. i also know people that bought tickets off that french site, so as far as i know they are still selling tickets.

Any estimation on number of fans for this game.

I'm in section Y of that stand, and looking at the Rennes site think that whole end is sold out now... Probably all of us!

Cheers to all the folk on this thread that put up the FNAC ticket details, i got 5 (Section Y) from the site and all delievered in a timely fashion! Signed up here to ask a question about Rennes itself, if any of the French/Belgian based folk can help.

What's the best way to get from Rennes Airport to the city centre? There's five of us, so would need two taxi's im presuming, unless there was a bus or train service, but haven't found any info on my trawls round t'internet.

    Cheers, and Hail Hail!

I read in trip advisor that a taxi will be around 15-18 euro from the airport into the city centre. theres 4 of us and thats what we are doing. we arrive wedensday lunchtime so not gonna bother booking one. i Know there is buses also that are a bit cheaper, but id rather buy the extra and get dropped off outside the hotel, as opposed to walking about for an hour with a map looking for your hotel. You might even get a 6/7 seater taxi.

Anyone recomend any good bars in rennes, or wikll everyone haed for the large square in the city centre

Has a lot of good info, "The locals actually call "Rue Saint Michel" "la rue de la soif", which means "Street of Thirst""

    That should do it.

Cheers lads, i've found a site with the info now. the wiki is also really helpful. This is from another site, for anybody else flying in and interested! Taxi is 15-18 euros, but there's a bus service -

For the trip from the airport to Rennes, you will need to exit the airport and cross the street and wait at the covered bus 57 stop. Busses run every 15 to 30 minutes, from 06:00 to 20:00 from Monday to Friday, from 07:00 to 20:00 on Saturday and from 11:00 to 22:00 on Sunday. Bus frequency is reduced on the weekends, but usually fairly well-timed with the arrival of the planes.

The bus stop is 5 minutes walk from the airport terminal; buses every 20 minutes in the afternoon. The terminus is right in the centre of town (Republique)
