Based on tonight's performance we have taken a huge step back from when Lennon left. He created a team that would have easy beaten that load of * tonight without conceding a goal too

We cant over invest in Scottish football, there is no money in our game, like ive said before Bristol city can make 6 million pound bids for players we cant do that at all. CL football should be our aim, every season of course it should, but any European football is great, we are in the Europa league, it has good teams, Liverpool, spurs, Borussia Dortmund ( depending on play off results). People need to be realistic, we are where we are right now, a big team in a * league with no money, the board cannot over invest and if they could, would proper quality players want to come to Scotland ? not for 6 European games when they could go to England triple their wage and play against better teams most weeks, which is why virgil will get sold this week. Ronny can only deal with what he is dealt with, calling for his head to then unsettle the team, bring in a new manager who then wants his own players is just stupid. Ronny is in the EL with his players now, lets see what he can do. Lets see where he is at end of season, a decent run in the EL and winning league and a cup is minimum requirements, failure to do that will see him go. right now have to pick ourselves up and hope we get good away days in the EL. ( hoping for Borussia Dortmund been dying to go there)

 

What has happened to this fantastic fitness regime that Ronny spoke about previous? He slagged off Neil's team for NOT being fit. This current team is very poor and sluggish. Most people on here could manage us to win the League and one of the cups. Europe is were this manager needs to be judged against. He has failed 3 times to qualify to the CL Group stages. NOT good enough. Simple answer

 

The players lacked any desire or fight in them. Not good enough.

 

Doubt there are that many managers who could do anything with this sorry excuse of a squad in Europe.
