As MGM says above, I doubt it is the kids paying for the tickets, but rather the parents. It is a silly argument to state that you are happy for touting as long as what they are selling is deemed "*" by yourself.

You only need to look at what happens when we sell champions league tickets. They are sold out within hours, and then they suddenly appear online for multiples of their cost. And most of these are actual fans never mind touts. It is sad that it is becoming part of what is acceptable and normal (though many other fans probably think we are "*" so we shouldn't get excited about it)

That's what * me off more sween. When it's Celtic fans ripping off Celtic fans.
I would always sell my ticket for face value for a game. You know how it feels seeing your team at important matches and o deny a fellow Tim that feeling is *

I paid double that (each) for me and the wife to see him at Malahide (Dublin), although only paid £21 each to see him at o2 in London which was a far better concert. Some you win.....

Re the touts, there is an online ticket company trying to sell 2 tickets for Saturday night for £3000 plus £541 booking fee.

    Obscene.

Don't agree with it being stupidity paying over the odds for a ticket for something. Those saying it's stupidity would have had a different opinion in 2003 I would bet....

Touts prey on the feelings of fans for a particular band/artist/sports team. There isn't enough being done by ticket companies and venues to completely put them off.

I'll only turn to touts as a last resort if I'm desperate for tickets, if at all. Most of the time I won't bother.

I bought tickets to the Dortmund - Hannover game through Viagogo, which I wasn't all that keen on. But they were at face value, so at least I know I'm not lining someone's pockets with profit money.
