My first reaction when i heard the news was sadness. Sad that a deluded young lassie had been cut down before her prime.

However, i dont believe they got involved in such internet sites or came to be radicalised without their families or friends knowing about it.....and subsequently allowing it to happen.

If it had been a western teen, i may have had a different view as they can grow up wild, but these 3 were clearly indoctrinated with a set of beliefs, in a strict environment. Bright, educated and clearly under the influence of others. Id like to know how they managed to get so embroiled.

Its time we clamped down on these people instead of tippy toeing around them.

The point i was making is that they are in a more closed environment. They live in a close knit community, are heavily involved with religion.ie imans etc. They were not delinquents....someone else was involved and must have known about their activities.
