"Let it drop", to saying you didn't say that we should not be talking about refs. (when challanged)

You also said you didn't buy into the whole bias thing and then turned that round and said that you didn't say the refs were making honest mistakes.

Now if you don't think they are making honest mistakes and they are not being bias then what the * is going on then?

The only thing I am suggesting is that we stay away from suggestions of anti Celtic bias, orange conspiracies and similar discussions.

Poor refereeing should indeed be dealt with.

I've just read in the Sunday Ranger that Walter Smith thinks we all should stop complaining about refs, that mistakes have been going on for years & that your team has to be good enough to overcome decisions.

Honestly you have to laugh, if I wasn't so sick of it all.

Then of course all the Rangers fans send in their comments about how Smith is so right, one fan even wrote that Gers "rise above all this", I really did laugh then.

Its amazing that nearly every other manager in Scotland & most other fans admit that something should be done, but Walter Smith just gets "angry" at any mention of it.

I wonder why?

 

Walter knows all too well that had the refereeing decisions gone the way they should have, regardless of just how * poor we've been this season, WE would be top of the league!

Paranoid old goat . All we - and by that, I mean the entire SPL - want is a level playing field. That is, we get the same decisions you get, or you get the same decisions we get. You know, fair and proper officiating.

And no, teams should not be good enough to overcome poor officiating. They should not HAVE to be. They should only have to be better than the 11 men they're playing, that's how the game works. The referee should NEVER be a factor in the result of a match.

 

2 clubs, 2 managers, 2 bad decisions in 1 week and walter smyth telling everyone who will listen that rankers are the real oppressed in the spl, its not there fault refs keep giving decisions there way,* bless em one and all
