Sitting watching SmackDown from last night. I * hate how they edit the crowd in post production, so that the heels are "booed" when they come out and the faces are "cheered", instead of leaving the genuine crowd reaction in.

Prime example being Daniel Bryan at the beginning of the show. Everyone knows that he's over as * with the live crowds now, but when he comes out, all you can hear is boos.

If it was before The Rock returned in 2011 I would say Rock would get a bigger reaction as Austin has been appearing here and there for special referee matchs etc whilst Rock didnt appeared in 7 years.

What annoys me about the WWE crowds these days is that when a wrestler returns, they always get a huge reaction, yet week by week it gets worse and worse untill its not much of a reaction at all. I reckon by a months time Brock Lesnar will barely be getting a reaction from the crowd, if he isnt already as was seen in his last appearance were the crowd were just awful.

 

Mostly down to the creative team being * and not knowing how to keep them interesting, so it gets a little boring after a while.

 

thing is with lesnars return it was in miami the day after wrestlemania so most if not all of the crowd was at the event the day before so it wasn't a typical miami crowd so i'm guessing the reaction brock got last time will be the norm unless they go to cities where crowds are always hot e.g boston,new york,chigago
