    Hail Hail!
1 A. Boruc - Good but wont stay long.
    22 D. Marshall - Very average.
    47 M. McGovern - Unfair to judge.
    6 D. Balde - Hard. Little ability.
5 G. Caldwell - Not good. Prone to lapses - he ain't a ''boy'' either.
3 M. Camara - Journeyman. Champions League player - laughable.
    49 S. Cuthbert - Promising.
41 J. Kennedy - Needs to prove he has overcome injury problems.
    44 S. McManus - The new Bobo.
39 C. Mulgrew - Not got waht it takes.
    48 D. O'Dea - Not seen enough of him.
2 P. Telfer - Shocking. No pace. No skill. No point.
23 S. Varga - Steady enough but prone to sleeping.
    4 A. Virgo - No comment.
    12 M. Wilson - Good - and improving.
    S. Ferry - Unfair to judge.
20 J. Jarosik - Attitude is questionable - abundance of ability.
    35 P. Lawson - Physically, he's going to struggle.
    18 Lennon - Past it.
25 S. Nakamura - Great skill, deadly passer, not interested in a battle.
11 S. Pearson - Shows promise then fails to follow it up.
    19 S. Petrov - Quality. But going.
    15 E. Sno - Unfair to judge.
8 A. Thompson - Only ever was average with a great left peg.
37 C. Beattie - Injury prone and inconsistent.
    29 S. Maloney - Good. Not class.
46 A. McGeady - Again, shows promise but woefully inconsistent.
    42 M. McGlinchey - Unfair to judge.
9 K. Miller - A headless chicken, will score against poorer opposition.
    38 R. Quinn - Unfair to judge.
    51 N. Riley - Who?
14 D. Riordan - Attitude lets him down. Not sure how he'll cope on the bench.
    33 R. Wallace - Not good enough.
7 M. Zurawski - Very good. Just needs to stay fit.

There are very few players in here who would have made it into the Seville team, the ones who were in it excluded obviously!

The young boys are nothing more than that. All in all, it's as bad a squad as we've had in recent times.

With the lack of investment, it's difficult to see that changing in the next 5 years.

for its a grand auld team to play for
You know I have been arguing about this guy for seasons, and although its boring and somewhat futile trying to convince people that are limited in knowing what a player should do during a game.
Now greendave says he gives us a physical presence, well Dave in reality is making an understatement, for Balde is very physical in a careless, dangerous, reckless, way, he put Sutton out of the game for awhile, he I believe injured Lennon, he runs into opposing players that only ignorant clowns would think is beneficial to Celtic and fitba in general, he often fouls near the penalty box, or * inside it, he is one of the most fitless individuals I have ever seen at Celtic, he clears a ball whether head or foot and the percentage that goes to the opposition is highly atrocious, his left foot is virtually for standing on only, oh yes I know he scored one with the left, he is very poor at going up for Celtic corners, and over the seasons Celtic have had more than their share of them, in fact Celtic are poor at capatalizing on corners, poor at throwins too.
He was the blunderer that got sent off in the UEFA cup final, which we could have won.
If Caldwell doesnt make it, and that is possible, there is * no way will anyone convince me he is worse than Balde.
Most of you guys live in hope we all do to some extent especially being Celtic fans, ffs, but the ones that should know better about Balde have forgotten he is a blundering liabilty, go ahead Celtic bring him back, but I will tell all we aint seen nuthin yet, when he comes back it will be worse, then again could it really get worse? :38:

I think it's not a good squad...I think we need some players that they can be important for our team...
Strachan bought palyers they can not play for the Europe, like Caldwell or Riordan, so we need a defender , a midfielder who can create the action for the squad, like Pirlo of AC Milan, Pizarro of Inter Milan, so a playmaker and a forward like John Hartson, strong with the head...what do you think about it??:celt_2: :shamrock: :ynwacelti :party22:
Come on Celtic, I believe in you...don't disappoint us....

P.s. I hope Gordon Strachan will buy a playmaker and then I hope will win a trophy in Europe, I hope the UEFA Cup...
