Pretty much. I never want to see us make a similar deal again in the future. * developing other teams players and then leaving us in transition when the loan is up. As good a player as Jason was that deal was not right for us as it left us going into the qualifiers in transition.

Can't see Ronny being the man at Celtic to discuss deals.

I see nothing wrong with it to fill a gap. Everton have done it a few times and have also used it to force moves. Lukaku one of them and Deulofeu being an other. I know they are premier league club and could offer a better finical package than us but we could do it on a smaller scale and use the loans to secure deals we may never have been able to.

Loans without a reasonable buy option are dodgy for me, but sometimes you just need to take it on the chin and hope for the best.

People need to remember that we got a defender in Denayer who was way outwith our means and even if we lost him after one year to take the positive from that. It was losing him and VVD together that crippled us. Also, when we originally took on Fraser Forster we'd no option to buy, that was added in tge second loan. Sometimes it works out...

He wasn't even on the bench, don't see why he'd be at the game if he was discussing a McGeady deal, unless they met up for a half time Bovril.
Looks more like a lads night out to Liverpool

You harp on time and time again about winning by any means possible, saying that is all that really matters. Then when Deila says something along the same lines, you have a dig. Another post, another contradiction.

Since day1, Ronny's mantra was that we would win games playing good, attacking football. In his whole time in charge, i seen that once in the 6-2 win over Dundee United. All through his time in charge he has talked about getting us playing this way, despite it not been reflected on the park.

One of the reasons pressure built on Lenny was cause some didnt the football was great. No doubt the same people that wanted Strachan sacked and Mowbray in.

Again, another manager that talked good football and was an unmitigated disaster.

History repeats itself, first as tragedy then as farce.
