Not a while lot to be honest, Klopp isnt it. What the Liverpool fans really want is to win the title, if he wins it fair play if he doesnt then he will have failed. Dont talk, just get it done on the pitch.

People think I advocate some sort of stone age football. Winning is everything and if you can win in style do it but never ever sacrifice substance for style. Winning comes first. Give me a love child of Allerdyce and Stoke that wins a title over a silky placed second team.

And today is not a good day for that argument. It is well known that I am not a fan of football fads and cliches such as two up top is dead. You play whatever you have to and in whatever style to get the job done. Last night MON played two strikers against the world champions, kept the shape, grinded, and won. Had we played a high line and tried to outplay them we would have been annihilated. Results are everything in football all the rest of it is a means to an end.

For me I think he could have two different philosophies. In Europe it is all about the result. Personally in Europe I don't care if I see a less entertaining game so long as the result is right.

Domestically it is important to entertain when we can afford to drop points for the sake of entertainment.

Just find it interesting that it is almost word for word what Deila was saying last week when you were branding him a loser, always feel Klopp's a winner in football. Would you say it's losing talk?

The interesting thing there, and Ronny's comments the other week, was he didn't mention playing well and entertaining. It's the thoughts behind how you win, getting the players to have a winning mindset, that's what that is for me.

That has yet to be determined. I wouldnt bet on them winning it anytime soon though. Is he going to pass it around every team in the league and win it playing fancy football? Possibly, I doubt it though. You need to have steel and guts and you have to be prepared to win ugly if it comes down to it. So if I see Liverpool losing titles because of his stubbornness to do this then yes this will be viewed as loser talk looking back.

In fairness though there isnt much evidence that he practices what he preaches in this regard. His comments about real winners really rubbed me up the wrong way. Look at MON and Roy Keane last night they got the absolute best out of a very ordinary to poor side. That's what its all about.

You think Klopp isn't a winner? Thay he hasn't proven himself? He won 2 Bundesliga's (a league stronger than England) playing incredible football, up against Bayern Munich.

I know it did, I said at the time great managers like Guardiola, Mourinho and Klopp think the same way. It's not just about winning it's about breeding a winning mentality into your team.

I dont know a while lot about Klopp but my instincts say that he deserves respect. Other than that I dont really have anything further to add because I never watched his team week in week out.

I couldnt agree more about the winning mentality argument. I really couldnt. Motivating your players and getting them to play for you is as vital to Celtic than keeping the correct shape and taking our chances in Europe. I honestly think Ronny Deila lacks that very mentality that I am talking about. He needs to show more and get it done by hook or by crook. no matter what. It is not about how you win just that you win, that is the winning mentality that we need.

    The hate campaign continues.

Ronny is a winner,he proved that in Norway and Scotland with his trophy haul.

We are a team on the up but some will still try to stick the knife in at every opportunity.

You really have to question such a persons motives.

I dont like interacting with the clown above as I dont think he's the full shilling. I was asked a question and I answered it. I would like to see us have the grit and mentality that MON showed last night. Dont call my integrity into question you scumbag.

We were a better side 6 months ago so I disagree with that entirely. We've regressed so far this season.

I wouldn't hold last night up as an advert for pragmatism, I always like to see Ireland do well but I thought they were very lucky last night. Germany were uncharacteristically wasteful of so many chances and Ireland scored from a punt upfield from the keeper that the Germans inexplicably * up defending.

More an advert for not underestimating teams and taking points for granted than for anything Ireland did TBH.

That's not sour grapes on my part BTW. Ireland deserved to finish ahead of us in the group. I'm only talking about how this relates to Deila's philosophy.

I didnt say that Klopp was a loser. I dont recall calling Ronny a loser either btw even though I have suspicions he might be. He needs to do better to avoid the chop. He would probably admit to this himself. If you want to clap your hands and say Ronny this Ronny that, that is fine but stop putting words into my mouth and stop trying to paint me as some sort of anti Celtic poster. I mean it you are getting on my nerves. I love Celtic and I want to see them doing their best, I am entitled to my opinion. If you disagree fine but stop trying to spread falsehoods about me.

We were a better side 6 months ago in my opinion too. This time last year was 12 months ago.

I wouldn't blame Ronny for that, though. It would be odd to lose the best CB partnership at Celtic in decades and expect it not to affect us. It'll take time to build the defence back up.
