We should be, but at the same time the players he puts on pitch in whatever formation should be winning the game. Personally I like the 4-2-3-1 and I think that could easily be swapped in with a 5-2-1-2 and similar to Juventus.

They should be win playing whatever formation but last season Hughes, Hartley and Alex Neil all set up well agaisnt us and got results, fair play to them but it doesn't help they know our system every time they play us..

If we don't change from the start Ronny needs to be quicker to change it when it's obviously not working..

This is an arrogant streak that may well make or break his tenure, the best managers adapt to their opposition.
