Surely any right minded Celtic fan would want Ronny to get it right?

That would mean we are winning, right?

Had people saying that they'd take a beaten off Morton today just so we could avoid playing rangers

 

It seems logical but seemingly "being right" trumps everything, probably including Celtic being successful. :smiley-laughing002:

 

Do you trust Ronny to lead us into another European campaign as I don't .

I don't no, but that's not the point I'm trying to make.

As long as he is here surely we want him getting it right as that means we are winning games and winning games brings trophies, which I'm sure is what we all want.

I would like nothing more than for it all to miraculously come together over the next 5 months because I want to see Celtic doing well.

I'd rather he wasn't here but I cannot influence that in any way so all I can do is support my team.

 

I'm only negative because this is a negative situation. In terms of the stick some of our players get I am not even on the same planet as most on here. As for looking fw to a semi final aye I am a bit as long as we dont get sevco, for two reasons. First obviously is that I am not confident we will win and two because all that bullshit will distract from the league and we canny afford to take one eye off that even for a second. That old firm build up bullshit is the last thing we need. If its a final then the league will already be over ya know.

 

He has a lot to prove he can be trusted to take us into the qualifiers, not a lot time to prove it either. Key thing will be the summer transfer window in who we get in, realistically a quality winger and striker also getting everyone back into form with confidence we can make it. A lot of ifs and buts though

 

The semi is the end of April the league 'should' be won by then

We will destroy Sevco in the semi or the final

 

I've become slightly disillusioned with him lately, but I honesty can't put into words how badly I want him to succeed and can't understand how any Celtic fan wouldn't. Some people seem to genuinely hate him which is just bizarre.

 

The only thing today showed was if you take griffiths out the team you will get plenty of performances like the second half. Ie fek all goals.

 

Yeah obviously any Celtic fan wants Deila to succeed. That would be the perfect scenario, but like most fans I don't think he's got it

 

I wanted him to succeed in the EL and prove he could do it in Europe but he failed miserably. After that I more or less gave up but I suppose felt that if he destroyed all round him in Scotland then maybe that hope could be reignited. Instead he has just seemed to sink lower in my estimation as he splutters along in the SPFL. A win over Morton isn't really anything that will really make much of an impression.

The draw is great for Ronny. A lot of people will get behind him if we win.
