The fact today's game was the 1st home game of the year might have made a difference as well as being the first game for those who bought half season tickets i bought my niece a kids one at £24 which is a fantastic price and i noticed a lot more younger fans today than earlier in the season when the weather was a lot better especially in the lisbon lions lower where i sit. :50:

The more the merrier, whatever the reasons, were getting to the business end of the season, there are some big games comming up, i would expect at least 50,000 for the Hearts game.

Not so sure of that, mid-week games tend to rule out the travelling support but it would be great if it happens.

Fs people moan when the crowds are low "were are all the fans goin get back out and support the team" and when they do go out and support there team bringin much needed funds to the club " aw look at all these glory hunters returning" different people have different circumstances , i personally cant afford to go to games just now but if the teams playin well im more likely to turn up and spend money i can afford than if they were playin *

Don't honestly think it's to do with gloryhunting. It's two things:

    1) Travel has been very hard over december/jan
    2) Times are really tough financially for a lot of folk, & it's plain been too much for them to do the festive season & get to the matches as well. Lot of people have probably really had to stretch just to get the kids some Christmas presents this year...

Tell you what I've never been so happy to see the gloryhunters. A full Parkhead means a healthy team on the pitch.

Some of them might be glory hunters but atleast they accept celtic fans for what they are....you should try it.

It's nothing to do with us playing well prob more to do with last month being Christmas time and the worse weather for years.as for them being glory hunters are you serious we are still poor 10 days ago we sneaked a draw with Hamilton ffs and struggled to break down Berwick rangers.not exactly form to shout about or class as glory

As long as were getting decent attendances unlike every other team in Scotland we should be thankfull,i've hated seeing the place so empty.

this is a sad, sad forum. We have been * for a while and to be honest most folk have wives/girlfriends that they could spend the day with rather than go watch some imposters in a celtic shirt. But yeah, attendance go up when the team starts getting its act together. It isnt science.

considering the time of year though, it was christmas time, people rather be with families or can't afford it at that time of year, simple.

this is it just building up again, i expect it'll be like this often now.
