Not that I want him to or anything... but imagine if he blew it.

I do. I put $20 on Rose to win outright at hole 12.

    I had £2.50 on McIlroy w/o Spieth @ 20/1

If he was on form he could have had a couple of eagles today, wee *.

'Fore left, fore left, fore left!' *Ball lands safely in front of spectators* Mickelson looks like he wishes it ended up amongst them.

    I hate the crowd.

Especially the * that run after the ball when it goes in the trees.

Brilliant superb masterful display from a 21 yearold. The lad is a superstar already!
Weird thing about watching him though is he doesnt seem to have any parts of his game that is outstanding, so to speak....just a general all round game that is top notch, a bit like Nicklaus!

Watched the first 3 days like crazy. Great Masters. Augusta looked amazing this week. Happy to see a lot of guys who have had a hard time recently play well too!

    Yes it is, good point.
That said, invariably the The Masters winner is one of the best putters of the week as the fairways are so wide....apart from the last couple of holes
Not quite just a putting competition, but not an all round test of golf.Extreme target golf!

He is still a class act though.Ist, 2nd, 2nd, 1st in the last 4 weeks.......! Incredible!

His putting over the the 4 days is the norm for him to be fair. I think a big part in winning The Masters is missing in the right areas as well. Short side yourself around the greens and you can end up with an impossible up and down. That was made slightly easier this year with the pace of the greens not quite being the same as previous years. A lot of shots that were holding wouldn't normally, and what was a relatively straightforward 2 putt, would have been an awkward up and down in years gone by.
