A wee word of warning guys,,, if you try 5htp there shouldnt be any problems but if you are on anti depressants i would check it out with a pharmacist or doc just incase. Tryptophan has the same effects too.

Yeah, I always wake up early, still drunk, smugly thinking I've avoided it as well.

It'll hit you in about an hour.

Ah, so you were only playing at drinking. No wonder you don't have a hangover!

Nope had a fair few pints when I was out for a meal.

I ate enough for a small country maybe had something to do with quelling the hangover.

Does seem to make a difference all right. Don't know why.

I suspect a lot of a hangover is to do with tiredness. Normally when I drink on Fridays for example I've been up since 6am, worked a full day and then am more often than not drinking until 5am, so I then wake up after as little as four hours' sleep.

Tiredness is the worst thing possible.

    I hate it.

Tiredness and over-sleeping have the exact same effect on me. Hard to get the right amount of sleep. I generally get about five hours' sleep a night on weekdays, then about ten hours' sleep on a non-drink Friday and Saturday.
