Your right there buddy. A drink about 6 litres of water on a normal day, on a hangover day a must drink about 10 seriously the bottles never out my hand.

Best for a hangover is water, protein and pishing and *. As you flush all the * out your body. So away n take yourself for a big jobby:56:

I can't drink too much tap water though. I balloon up and need to boak.

Yet I can drink endless cups of tea, coffee, Lucozade or even fizzy water when hungover.

Water's the only thing I can stomach when hungover, which isn't a lot now anyway.Maybe it's what you drink and how dehydrated it makes you or something,I dunno much about it really, just that Irn Bru is a no go for me.

The worst fear I have about hangovers is that I'll have plenty more of them in the future. That means a lot more lying in bed feeling sorry for myself, a lot more wasted days, and a lot more existential angst.

Still, worth it for a laugh.

    I think.

    I hope.

Nah, I don't give a *. I didn't do anything stupid and got home without losing anything and damaging myself (although my knee is *; must have slipped on the ice).

The nausea is creeping in though. Feel like I've been kicked in the stomach.

EDIT: shaking like * now. Really winding me up.

Been lashing the tea into me. Tap water when hungover makes me boak. If I had fizzy water I'd be all right but I don't have any.

Hangover's still pretty raw, ten hours after I got up.

Still, can't complain. It's not like I didn't know what I was aiming for.

I've got a new thing I do and it really helps soften the hangovers. I know it sounds simple but drinking water between every 3 drinks or so and then drinking water after you've done bevying really helps, I usually have a glass or a bottle of water next to the bed when I wake up as well, it makes the difference. I actually got put off drinking by the terrible hangovers I'd get but I've not had one in ages.

    Ha ha. I am not.

Had a bacon sandwich earlier, a big bag of crisps during the match - salt and fat always sort me out - and some baked salmon there now - probably for the minerals - but the hangover's still gnawing into me.

    Tea helps.
