I absolutely love the way we have taken to a new diet and approach as a club. Our fitness is so much better than a year ago, very much more professional. I mind shortly after Armstrong and Gms came, they talked about the difference in training etc.

Amazing results, and hopefully the rest of the club's start to go the same way. If the fans (as noticed, and me included) start to get on board , just think how far and great this could all be for everyone.

Just always wondered about how vegans and vegetarians feel about eating them ethically speaking :smiley-laughing002: As animals go, they're pretty vegetative

Some one changed the name of the thread again to Kenn Truls Isakson which is definitely not anyone's name :smiley-laughing002:

If anyone could just rename it "the Celtic diet" or something like that maybe that would be easier

We don't actually know that. Maybe they have rich, complicated social lives mediated by pheromones or something.

When I was young, if you had said when I was young that even rodents have complex personalities, feelings, friends and possibly even a sense of right and wrong, you would have seemed ridiculous; nowadays there is plenty of evidence for it. Who is to say what is true of molluscs?

The assumptions about animal inferiority (except for language and abstract symbolic reasoning, which are the only two things I know of where we do seem to be unique in so far and which probably are two sides of the same coin and so go together in humans) are slowly being demolished AFAICS and I'd personally wait a few decades before confidently describing shellfish as "pretty vegetative".

If you're struggling to find it send me a message, I have it on my Kindle. Think it's PDF format.

I'm the same up to a point. I know exactly what I should be eating, why I should be eating it and the effects choosing not to has.

Problem I have is Tennents lager and chicken pakora are amazing :56:

If we could only get Scott McDonald on this diet a few years ago.

I've jumped from the "how do you eat a magnum?" thread to this one :smiley-laughing002:

Paleo diet seems to be making quite a breakthrough over the last couple of years. It's pretty big on the bodybuilding/physique circuit. Rob Riches has done some pretty informative articles about it, if you can be arsed reading through one, here ye go..

Dad tried this, and did it correctly, for well over a year. He got deadly thin. You basically have to eat like a * elephant in order to keep any weight on you. I suppose this is good if you're TRYING to loose massive weight, but otherwise, its kind of a scary diet, to be fair.

I think it's something you need to be careful with, depending on your activity levels etc. Be good to have a layman' explanation with examples for your every day person who can't eat about 6 meals a day, or who can't afford to buy the appropriate foods. I've tried this * to compliment my gym work but struggle so just go back to my usual eating loads of eggs and tuna haha. Pile the beef on too 'cause I can't give up my pasta and bread! Discipline is horrendous.

I'd love to know what the players are eating right now and have been since they got off.

Excellent stuff. The likes of Barcelona and the rest of the elite will operate on regimes like these. To join them in this practice will only raise our potential for success.
