Don't buy PPVs really, but I'm toying with the idea of getting the Taylor card just to show him some well deserved support.

He's top 5 p4p and 90% of casuals would walk right past him in the street.

Watched the press conference there. Can only see a Taylor win. Caterall looks terrified, not to mention the difference in competition they have fought.

 

Sky are doing really well with their promotions for these fights as of late. They did well with Khan Brook and now they're building this up to be a competitive fight as well. I'm hearing people say "don't overlook Catterall" and stuff like that, which I think is down to the promotional work Sky is doing currently, rather than them looking at his fights and seeing any outstanding ability.

Taylor for me everyday of the week.

 

I've also noted several of the hosts and Josh saying that he's not overlooking Catterall and that he's a top fighter etc., It's clearly the angle they're taking here to sell the fight. They know JT wipes the floor with him, so they've got to bill him as some sort of underdog that isn't getting the credit he deserves. Catterall peaked with O'Hara.

 

Josh looks really drained there. I hope he didn't go overboard!

I think that’s his plan anyway. Go up to 147.

In my opinion it would be hasty to fight Crawford first and that fight is much more difficult to make now that Crawford has left Top Rank.

He beats guys like Keith Thurman, Adrien Broner, and Danny Garcia for me. They are all well passed their best but are huge names that would generate money and attention.

Problem is, those three, like most of the welterweights are all signed with PBC, making it very difficult to make the fights as they tend to keep it in house unless it’s a mandatory.
