Klitschko has had a superb career, but the man is so dull. I believe Joshua will beat him tonight.

Betting big on Joshua getting stopped tonight. I think he will get beaten up and stopped Bruno style.

Would love it it that was the case. My worry is that he's become gun-shy and all the will in the world won't get back that fire once it's been put out.

Undercard any good? Tempted to order it rather than * around with streams.

Does it matter which box you order it on? Like can I book it downstairs and watch upstairs if I want? THat might be a stupidly dumb question but * it I'm steaming. :84:

Edit - with Sky if that makes any difference.

I get the feeling a lot of people dislike Joshua and I don't really get it. I think he's a class act.

Is it because the hype? Eddie Hearn? What?

I don't really dislike him, but I do dislike Hearn and would love to see him get * over.

The unwarranted hype is what gets me. It's maybe harsh as there isn't really a great deal of talent in the heavyweight division, but he hasn't really fought anyone worthwhile yet (and that could be his downfall tonight). His biggest win came against an injured Dillian Whyte yet Lucozade are running an advert labelling his as the next Ali! I guess it's just a lot of hype and attention based on little merit, imo. If you compare it to someone like Fury, his win against Wlad was genuinely and amazing upset and yet it was pretty much swept under the carpet by the media here.

Regarding the fight itself, Joshua has everything needed to beat Wlad and do so in style. I would be completely confident in him doing so if he hasn't faced a complete lack of credible opposition so far. We don't really know how good he is because he hasn't really faced top level opposition before. A lot depends on what Wlad had left too, if we see the same tentative fighter that couldn't let his hands go as we saw vs Fury then I imagine Joshua will make relatively short work of him.

Hype isn't really Joshua's fault at all though, he even plays down the hype. The fact that you think he has everything needed to win in style tonight says it all, I think he's the real deal. I guess we'll find out tonight but I fancy a Joshua KO

I mean from a purely physical sense, if you were wanting a fighter to beat Wlad you would want them in Joshua's mould - tall, powerful, happy to let his hands go etc. It helps hugely that Wlad is coming of a long layoff and a defeat though. I think Hearn has probably timed it to perfection.

I've actually thought about it a wee bit and I guess I can understand to a certain extent why some people would want him to fail (not that I'm saying you do, just in general). Golden/Poster boy, I guess it is sometimes funny to see those types get beat. Joshua is such a class act that it's hard for me not to like him though

Mate, he's 6 foot 6, built like a brick * house, a multi-millionaire, an Olympic gold medalist, has an 100% KO rate and is probably a few hours away from being the no. 1 heavyweight in the world at which point casual boxing fans will be comparing him to Tyson, Lewis, Ali etc.....of course I want to see him slip up somewhere!:giggle1:

Tbh I have a tendency to support the underdog when it comes to boxing for whatever reason. I tend to like fighters much more once they've had a loss or at least been through a few wars.

Joshua's best chance is an early stoppage if Vlad takes it past 7 he becomes the favourite imo

    Agreed :50:

Still definite question marks over Joshua's conditioning. Wlad can go the distance for sure.
