Yeah. It was never in doubt. Pity there are no great challengers at the moment.

I'm a bit fed up with the Klitschko's, they are as wooden as *.

    Let's talk tacks here....................

If Mike Tyson at his peak had fought either of the Klitschko's, how long would the Klitschko's have lasted?

Having seen them both in action, I would say they'd be lucky to have lasted 3 rounds.

I think the whole problem with boxing in general is that these fighters get to pick and choose who they fight. Take last night for example, Mormeck isn't even in the top 10 rankings yet he is fighting for world titles when there are 2 guys in the top 5 in the rankings (Alexander Povetkin and Robert Helenius) who have never been beat and should have their shot ahead of the likes of Mormeck.
These organisations should step in and choose who fights each other (not just the mandatory challenges) and that would put a stop to these one-sided mismatches.
I also think there are far too many world titles. There should be 1 belt and 1 champion, end of. That would mean that the very best of the best in every division would all be gunning for each other and we would see the likes of Mayweather v Pacquiao and Wlad v Vitali etc. I mean we don't have 4 or 5 World Cups do we?

    Wee cheeky £5 on round 4 .. yessir!! :icon_mrgreen:

That aside, I'm actually stunned that lump of * clung on until round 4. Seriously, I reckon he threw less than 10 punches and that's not an exaggeration.

The heavyweight division really is rank rotten.

Are you being serious? Tyson was far to small to even come close to beating either brother. They'd both have taken him into the later rounds and won via KO/TKO.

Ricky Burns defends his world title tonight against Paulus Moses. I see Moses has claimed he'll KO Ricky.

    I don't see that happening.

Prime Tyson seriously, they panic when the likes of eddie chambers get inside and let punches go

Tyson in his prime would have knocked the pair of them out in the same night.

A lot of people like to over hype Tyson but in fairness he would paste both Klitschko's with ease.

In fact, I still think Haye should have done Wladimir and will do Vitali.

Hammer how long will it take you to get it into your skull that Haye isn't that good heavyweight boxer, he isn't even half the boxer he was at cruiserweight :nonono:

All he's fought in the division (apart from Klitschko) have been absolute duds. I'd like to see him fight Price or Chisora as I'm confident even they would beat him.

Vitali will ease past Haye like Wladimir did. [IMG]

No chance. He's much too small to really stand a chance. Both brothers would have jabbed away, and grabbed hold when he came in close.

Tyson never fought anyone with the physical gifts and mental knowledge of boxing when he was in his prime.

Unless you count Frank Bruno, Pinklon Thomas and Trevor Berbick as elite level heavyweights of course.

The heavyweight division was much better back when Tyson was in his prime and more often than not he faced a bigger opponent than himself.

Tyson would have walked through their jabs and knocked them out.

Vitali is well by his prime but still going strong at 41. Excellent boxer in his prime, his fight against lennox lewis still sticks in my throat, he had the beating of lewis that night had the fight not been stopped due to a cut.

A doubt tyson would beat vitali withing three rounds but a reckon he would get it done. He would crush wlad and his weak chin though.
