    looking at the replays of the first Samaras goal, it seems to me he was extremely lucky that the Rangers goalkeeper didn't connect with him. It looked to me like the goalie had it in his mind to "do" Sami the way that he swung his leg at him. If he had connected it would have been an injury for sure. Well done Samaras!!Hail!Hail!

    Why he even came out 40 yards is beyond me ,Sammi would have had a lot to do still if McGregor stayed in his box but hey ho ,what a nutter.

    According to Andy Goram today in Sun he says McGregor wasnt at fault at goal:rolleyes:

    Also Mulgrew was fouled , then had ball kicked against him and then was slapped by Bougherra and imo the Celtic man done well to stay on his feet after the way Lafferty has behaved in recent years with Mulgrew(Aberdeen) and Brown.

    Maybe one day Harvey will get sent off v us!

    p.s. Wonder if Barcelona still want him after yesterdays horror show LOL

    I don't think McShagger was that sinister in his intent, rather it was a panic reaction, as he realized he had F*cked up by coming so far out & that if Sammy got by him, it was a goal for sure. Sammy still did well & showed good composure to finish.

    Although it was a terrible goalkeeping decision, I though Samaras's first-touch was sublime and gave McGregor no chance of any sort of recovery.
