On the back of hearing the news that strachan has resigned id like to thank him for giving me some very happy memories over the last 4 years.
Iv not always been a fan of him and i know a lot of others are not a fan of him but i appreciate what he has done for our club.
Winning the 3 league titles were great. Winning the league at rubgy park with the last kick of the ball and securing the league on the last day of last season will always be remembered.
He has also brought us some magical European nights including the victory over Man Utd , the last minute winners versus Milan and Shahktar, Penalty shoot out win over Spartak Moscow.
He has taken us as far as he can and he can hold his head up high on what he has achieved at celtic. He has laid the foundations for a new manager to come in and build on the team he has left. Players such as Brown , McGeady , Caldwell , Boruc , Maloney , Hinkel will be our future and they have been made the players they are because of strachan.
Hopefully we can get a quality manager in to replace him and to freshen up the whole place and carry on from were gordon left.
Once again id like to thank Gordon Strachan for the 4 years of service he has given our club and i wish him every success in the future

Brought us a great level of success during a period of time where we restructured financially off the field all the while never being appreciated for what he done for us. History will be kinder to his period in charge of Celtic than the fans were.

I hope many of you will join me in thanking Gordon Strachan for everything he has achieved at our wonderful club.
6 Tropheys in 4 years, Last 16 champs league, first cup final win over rangers for 20 + years, and the third manager ever to guide us to 3 titles in a row.
Love him or hate him he has given us great night such at Man Utd at home, AC Milan at home, and showed great passion and had the best interests of our club at his heart. He also hurt with us in a period of grieving when we lost Tommy.
And when it all went a little sour, and we thought we needed change, he has accepted that and left with his head held high and dignity oozing from his pores!
Gordon Take a bow wee man, you truly done your bit to become a little part of Celtic's rich history!

Very true. A great Celtic manager. The new man will have to do something special to achieve any more than WGS has in his 4 years. -
3 out of 4 league titles, not many managers would be able to do that.

Suppose Im just echoing what everyone else has said but I still feel the need to thank him for everything he's done,the 3 leagues all the cups and the Champions League adventures he's led us on.
