Just be glad to see him go. Considering we all know we were never gonna get our money back, half a million is alright and at least we free up his wages if nothing else.

All the best for the future but entirely illogical signing on our part. I hope the scouting department have learned lessons from this and the other duds.

Most were excited by him on the face of it. A player who done reasonably well in the Bundesliga, and just scored away to Spain. There was a lot of clamour on here to sign him.

look at the below for lazy * jurno and * at Daily Ranger

"Celtic have effectively written off £3million by releasing Finnish striker Teemu Pukki. The lightweight forward showed just a few fleeting glimpses of his talent after joining the Hoops from German giants Schalke 04 in 2013."

    1. We paid nowhere near £3m
    2. We got £500k loan fee last season
    3. We sold him for £480k
    4. We sold him and didnt release him
    5. A never seen any fleeting glimpses of talent.

Thats why i hate that * rag someone just sent the link to me to that statement!

Really? I saw a technically sound player who for one reason or another didn't work out here. Think he's a good player who'll do well elsewhere, certainly hope he does.
Agree with the rest though. * journalism but what do you expect

He was Brondby's top scorer last year, So good luck to him.
He was a good wee player but not a prolific scorer to be our main striker.
Free's up a good wage for a newbie plus hopefully Balde + Derk offloaded aswell.

Now punt Stokes, McGregor, Amido and Borreigter and there's a good whack of the dead wood out the door.

Thank * you're not having a say in club transfers then if people are offering £500,000 and you're demanding £1.

500k and a wee cheeky sell on clause or something.

What was the actual figure we payed for him? .. and how much did we get in loan fee for him?
