I'm not saying he's a poor player, I did say he'd had very limited game-time and just 7 starts from those 36 Bundesliga app's?

 

I'd sign him. Can't imagine he'd cost too much although they aren't exactly overflowing with strikers. He's a talented enough young player but hasn't been given too many chances at Schalke, who bought him after his great performances against them in the Europa League qualifiers a few years ago.

1060mins in only 11 and a half games games, so to get 8 goals and 3 assists is pretty * good considering it's the bundesliga.

 

I saw him play vs galatasaray in europe last year and he wasnt that good at all, but....



I saw him come on as a sub in the bundesliga and did wonderfull

So i have mixed feelings on this guy

What's up with the "poor goal-scoring record" comments? If scoring one goal per 133 minutes in the world's best league as a third or fourth choice striker is poor, then I don't know what you're looking for.

Limited play time, but he's been very effective in the games that he's played. Schalke won't let go of him though, since they can't get a suitable replacement for the same money.

I'd have nothing against the move, Pukki needs to play somewhere. Even though SPL is unfortunately a very * league these days...

2 players have managed to score against Spain in the current WC qualifiers....Giroud and this guy, and it was in Spain too. Think this guy could be a bit better than his goal return suggest

 

He's a very decent player, never got a fair chance at Schalke if you ask me. Could be worth a punt as long as the fee is ok.
