    GOOD AFTERNOON FELLOW TALK-CELTICERS.

    The season is nearing, and i have decided to start a little competition. Below you will find my estimated table come the end of the season (inclusive of points finished). I invite all others to have a crack at this also. As an added incentive, i am offering 4000 of these credit things to the winner - winner is the person who gets the order correct, as well as greatest accuracy of points for the top 6 clubs (and / or all 12 if it comes down to it). Cut off date for entry is the 10th August - league starts on the 9th, but no-one matters a f^ck but us anyway.

    Fair play - bearing in mind i reckon at least 4/5 punters may end up with the same list though, it could make for more entertainment later in the season...

    Hope's it not too off-topic.

    Celtic - Because we are the best team in Scotland. Even when a lot of us complaining about lack of signings, we're still the best team in Scotland.

    Rangers - A lot of money used on mediocre players. Who says the new strikers are any better than they have? Barry Ferguson could be injuried again, and they are going to miss Davis.

    Dundee United - going to miss Noel Hunt. But at least they have signed Andis Shala, Francisco Sandaza and Warren Feeney istead. The biggest rival to the Old Firm this season IMO.

    Aberdeen - have lost/released many players, but maybe Mark Kerr can make up the missing of Barry Nicholson, and the rest of the released players isn't that good. Not sure about how good Charlie Mulgrew is.

    Hearts - haven't signed anybody yet, but will soon make some signings for sure. They already have too many players, so IMO their biggest problem has been the manager and the scumbag Romanov. Csaba László could make a different.

    Motherwell - missing Ross McCormack next season, but except of that they haven't signed or sold any of interest. McGhee is a good manager, but need some signings to could compare with Dundee United.

    Falkirk - Jackie McNamara, Lee Bullen and Neil McCann are players with a lot of experience. The could make a different, together with the Sunderland loan-guy Arnau Riera and the coming-up signing Steve Lovell. One of the only team in the league who have become better than last year so far.

    Hibernian - Needs quality signings. Espacially with Guillaume Beuzelin to Coventry City. The midfield isn't good enough. Steven Fletcher, Colin Nish and the defends with new signing David van Zanten can't do it without a midfield.

    Inverness CT - Andy Barrowman for Marius Niculae? Maybe he's okay, but never as good as Niculae. Weaker than last year.

    Kilmarnock - I ain't sure about the new guy Conor Sammon. But the squads strengh haven't changed since last year except of that.

    St. Mirren - They have keep the midfielder from Argentina... Franco Miranda, but he will not make the big different. Only because of I don't believe in Hamilton they are going to survive this season.

    Hamilton Accies - Simply too many players who aren't good enough for the best league. And not money enough sign players who are. A new Gretna.
