The guys head has been turned he isn't 100% committed to the cause, if that assumption is true then he wont be half the player he was for us the last 6 months. May as well cash in right now.

I'd sell him you should only.be here if you're 100% committed if you want to go down south to make more money fair enough, wouldn't hold that against any player, if an employer can triple or quadruple my wage for the same job I'm off same as any other person.

Everyone I watched the game with tonight now aren't really bothered if he stays or goes.

That speaks volumes about how long this has dragged out and how tedious it's been.

It's went from him leaving being unthinkable to a lot of fans wanting him sold. If his head isn't in the right place we'd be better off taking £3-4 million and moving on. We would get a good replacement if we qualify for the CL.

I know its early doors but we could already have a replacement in either Ntcham or Kouassi.

Kouassi was bossing it against Kilie before his injury.

The thing that Armstrong has to realise is that Brendan saw his potential and released it. He had faith in him to deliver. At the end of Deilas last season most (including myself) saw very little in him and wanted him out the door It's now down to Stu if he wants to repay Brendan's faith in him or of he wants to follow the money.

The fact Brendan mentioned Armstrong having a good "6 months" and talking about his confidence needing built up makes me think he's probably * off at Armstrong thinking about jumping ship at the first opportunity.

Brendan seemed pretty confident he'd sign a month ago, his comments the day seems like he's acting the *. Fair enough wanting to move and get his pay day down south I could get over that, I'd expect him to have the decency to tell Brendan how it is but, it's the least he owes him. Hope im wrong and the situation gets resolved but he's certainly not the be all and end all of the club, replaceable unlike Dembele and Grittiths to a certain degree

While I agree to an extent, Armstrong the season before was an empty jersey for most games, Ntcham is still settling into the team and I hope he'll improve but it's too early to tell.

Armstrong plays a different game from Ntcham he is the nearest we have had to a Petrov type player whereas Ntcham looks to spread the passes and control the game

I think he must have been given the impression it was going to happen and he'll be annoyed that he's been made a fool of. He seems to be in sick of him now- like a lot of us.

If Armstrong's going back to the shrinking violet he was a year ago then aye, * off and good luck

    Not bothered. Never have been.
He could be a great player, proper application and proper coaching (the last year with Brendan for example) if he goes epl he's signing for a mid level team where he'll play sporadically.
Don't care now, unlike others I'm liking what I see Kouassi & Ntcham.

Jusr resolve it sooner rather than later.

Yep, get the feeling from that interview that Brendan has run out of patience with him.

Brendan is getting fed up, the fans are the same.
Either sign on up for more trophies and European nights or * off to Brighton and count your money.

Punt him. A we 6 month spell and suddenly he thinks he's worth stupid money. I'd sell him to the first low paying * offer league 3 side.

As for all these people who say epl? Don't be daft. He'll sign a championship team or league 1 team that will pay his 18k a week.

Stuart "money grabber" Armstrong. See you back in Dundee in 3 years.

Want a guy that's 100% committed to Brendan's vision for this team. His ongoing, prolonged situation is clearly affecting him and will eventually effect the team. I'd be in favour of Brendan sending out a clear message by getting rid of him. Punt him and bring in McGinn.

I would sell him too and bring in McGinn as well. McGinn knows what it means to play for Celtic. No prima donnas here allowed.

Why bring in McGinn? Armstrong himselfs struggling to get into the team, we've got a fuckload of midfielders as it us.

    We don't need McGinn.

    Two entirely different players anyway.
