So good off and on the ball; his movement, turning, passing and shooting are all great. Still needs to work on his set-play a bit, though.

He's definitely up there, which is incredible in itself.

Shocked really at what he's become.

Thought his delivery was sketchy today tbh but he is absolutely full of running whether he's playing well or not.

I thought his corners were class bar a couple and crying out for somebody to attack

Aye, I like that, whether he's playing * or no he definitely won't let the game pass him by. He'll still be a nuisance. A distinct difference in him this season that.

He's an absolute unit now as well, see players bouncing off him all the time.

Really key player for us. Potentially my POTY as well.

The way the players finish the season will have a bearing on who wins POTY, but I'm leaning towards Armstrong now too.

Only 4 less goals than Sinclair in the league with the same number of assists.

    Completely agree..

You know even if his shooting, crossing and passing is off. He's one who'll still be effective in both directions with his energy and in your faceness. Worries the opposition no end..

When you consider where he was last season, or even in September of this, it is a no brainer.

Dembele and Sinclair will no doubt receive the plaudits but in terms of sheer consistency and overall improvement, it is Armstrong currently for me.

Think about overall contribution as well. Sinclair and Dembele have popped up with plenty of goals obviously, but they have often went missing in games and only done the bare minimum.

Armstrong has been consistent right throughout near enough, both in defence and attack. Came back from an injury and picked up like he'd never been away.

BR on @StuArmstrong16: "I thought he was outstanding. He's just got this inbuilt brain to score goals, all different types of goals."

BR: "Big talent and only going one way. Nice for us and Scotland."

Aye, said it earlier and you're right, he is far more consistent than Dembele and Sinclair.

He is the player making us tick at the moment. He's been outplaying Brown for a while as well.

Tell you what, thank * he's playing the way he is. Our midfield would be worryingly bad at times without him.

SA: "It was important that we got off to a good start in the game but it's always difficult here."

SA: "The goal came at an important time and as the game went on we grew into it very well."

SA: "Another step closer to the title but we don't like thinking too far into the future."

SA: "This season has been one of learning and the Gaffer has had a huge influence on me personally."

SA on Scotland call-up: "Very happy and my family are proud. Hopefully take my Celtic form into international training next week."

Can he do it in the English Premier League though?
