    That was possibly his most Gerrard-esque performance of the season . He gets the ball down when others wont/cant , has the engine to drive forward with it , the intelligence to make timely runs in behind at the right time and he's very good technical ability . Oh and he likes a tackle.

    I'd honestly be disappointed to see a new midfielder come in and replace him. We need a new DM but Armstrong should be playing every game.
