If we don't meet the asking price it must be because we can't afford it, everyone can see he's worth the money. If that's the case then questions need to be asked why we're so skint.

Look at how much we raked in in the summer and the high earner we got off of the wage bill.

What I don't get is this

How can we knock back 3m for ambrose and put high valuations on other players but not think Armstrong a player capable of being first choice player,be worth 2m pound.

I also for that matter can't understand why we didn't renew Ledleys contract when in the last year alone we've got at least 3/4 big earners off our books and replaced them with players on smaller wages. We should have built our team around brown and ledley in the middle of the park.

 

Arsing about for the sake of a few hundred grand again.
