    I still would pay the £2.5m though. Offer them £2.5m for Armstrong and GMS.

    My thoughts exactly on the 2.5M. I think come Monday they will take it. Loss GMS for nothing in the summer and facing the likely hood that Armstrongs value could plumit down only for the fact he will be entering his final year of his contract. They could potentially find them in the same boat they are in now with GMS.

    I would pay the £2.5m.

    Proven in our league and you get more commitment from Scottish players than foreigners. If Deila really wants him and that's the price, we should just pay it. We expect far higher for our players so can't complain really.

    Both us and Burnley have. We offered £1.5mil, Burnley slightly less. They want £2.5mil.

    He's half true though for anyone else in that league he doesn't walk into the first team. Not would he at Celtic.

    What I took from Dyche's quotes was that he wanted to develop Armstrong. Not that he was a developmental player, in terms of playing for a reserve team.

    It's obvious Dyche's comments were due to not getting him with that well below value bid, he spat the dummy a bit.

    He made out as if Armstrong wasn't going to be near the team if he had went there etc, which can only be a good thing for us really as Armstrong won't be impressed with that.
