2bh i donty think rangers had that far to catch up, we scraped the league and as good as it was the signs are there for all to see that we need certain players and thats the boards job to get the players that the manager picks

take out the hartley bit and you have the answer to why brown is getting all the blame. also add no creativity, and doesnt help the defence so tell me what does he actually do?

99% of the time Kenny Millers hits that shot into the stands, today he didn't. 99% of the time Artur Boruc keeps a hold of the ball, today he didn't. These two incidents and two defensive mistakes lost us the game. It has been obvious for at least the past year and a half that we need major investment in top quality players instead of trying to get away with being only slightly better than Rangers. Rangers were not significantly better than us today but what worries me is they seem to have a greater desire to win than us. Walter Smith has bought strong players who will improve his squad while we have bought too many "if and maybe" squad players.

Headless * chickens. We had the same last season. I know it's important to beat the scum but it's early doors yet. We'll still be champions.

As in the last 3 seasons, that'll depend much more on Rangers than us. We're pish...lets see if Rangers manage to be pisher for the fourth year running.

I'll tell you all one thing , that * Cousin wouldn't have bullied big BOBO the way he bullied McManus and caldwell. Bobo would have sorted him and Miller out ! Also why did McManus not cut Cousin out at the near post, i've seen him do it loads of times. Drop him, hand Robson the captaincy and lets see if he pulls his finger out of his *. Where was Crosas, we have a midfielder who could * all over Rangers and he's warming his * on the bench, its bollocks ! Strachan needs to get some balls and trust some of these players he's signed !!

Agreed Balde would have sorted them both right out :50:

Dear me it must be bad when people are calling for Balde, considering the recent stick he has been getting.

BTW I agree with you:50: Bring Bobo back.

In WGS's eyes Crosas and Loovens are not ready or strong enough to be playing, either scenario doesent really fill you with confidence.

Never given the big man stick ! Think he is far better than Mick, puts fear of * into strikers, would have made rangers think twice about their long ball tactics !! Also he is the only centre half we have who has pace, not seen Loovens so can't comment ! Think with Loovens, Balde and Caldwell we could easily go 3-5-2

Agree wholeheartedly mate.....I don't care what anyone here is saying AFTER the fact...When we equalised every Celtic fan thought we were going to win that game! It just wasn't our day. We WILL still win the league....Anyone here disagree?

That question shouldn't even be asked, we should be so far in front of the scum on the pitch. Winning the league should be expected not doubted, unfortunately we are not miles ahead and we will find it tough going too retain our flag.

We have stood still this summer just not good enough.

The 'anyone here disagree' remark was sarcasm mate. We lost a game to the huns, it wasn't the first and it won't be the last.....We will win the league again this season....and that's what counts. We are dispointed and rightly so.....we had a bad day at the office and it was against our biggest rivals.....It's done....The march toward the title continues dispite this.

Maybe a bad day at the office as you suggest and we can only hope we go on to win the league.

You are extremely positive we will do, however for me it's not as clear cut as it should be. That's a problem for me, their should be a wide margin in terms of standard between Celtic and Rankers in our favour. From today's evidence that is certainly not the case.

I do admire your positivity but I also think to be over confident can ultimately have a negative effect, as it breeds complacency something I think our club is all to guilty of.
