FFS, how can anyone say that. Who's to say that without the UEFA Cup run they might not have had the motivation and impetus to do so well domestically (to a point).

The one definite (not an if or but) is that no-one can say what would have happened if they didn't have the UEFA Cup.

why choose McManus as captain years ago, when McManus then was inexperienced and had done nothing to prove he even deserved the captaincy.

now when you look at how many players he's signed in 3 years, then look at how many have actually become great for the club, its shocking, IMO only 2 signings have been great, Artur Boruc and Shunsuke Nakamura, both genius signings.

i know every manager signs duds, but he's signed about 30 * in 3 years, and only 2 have passmarks, that's shocking, and i've probably forgot some signings as well.

i am fully aware i will be called fickle, or i won't be a true fan, couldn't care less tbh.

How do you know that WGS is not fighting for the money in the boardroom? If you know that we need a left back then WGS sure as * knows it.

What would you do...have him resign as a matter of principle and let someone else come in who is going to fight even harder? If the board won't give the money to a man who won 3 in a row and last 16 twice then I doubt they will give it to anyone else.

 

if they have been then they did a terrible job! can they honestly say that there isn't a left back in europe we could sign that isnt better than wilson. even if we took one from a fellow SPL team it would probably work out better than wilson, and we need that next level striker.

skippy and jan knocked up alot of goals... but the chances they had it could have been triple, we need a striker that can finnish without 7 previous missed attempts.

sorry for getting OTT with you tonight, but we are very much different on the view of what is going on, belive me i do try to stick by my club through and through... but when they don't deliver we can't jsut clap along and say well done, its been another disasterous window!
