It's a real shame on the lad i have to admit Hibs have been disgracefull over this whole situation.

 

i understand what you,re sayin but he did sign a contract till
2013 so hibs hold all the cards.
no big deal dont panic 4 in a row will happen

 

Rod Petrie will only let players leave on his terms. Look at what he got for Broony and Thomson..

 

agent was silly allowing so long a contract considering petries track record

 

I can't believe what I'm reading.

If I get this we are all unhappy with Hibs for not selling their best player mid season.

FFS They have the right to do/ask whatever they want for this boy he is on a long contract.

We would be up in arms if we sold our best player at this stage of the season.

I presume we are all just * off about not make any signings.

 

We will get him in the summer...

 

The player wanted to go and asked Hibs to do the deal whatever the cost but Hibs wouldnt be straight up. Hibs wont get more in the summer

 

We could still possibly get him this week as i think we can still do loan signings for another week, and if so ten wgs could ask hibs to get him on loan and pay what the transfer fee is in the summer to make the deal perm, i dont know if hibs would do this though

 

Cant loan, the window is closed, we can only loan to a lower division for another week

To be honest i can see a bit of the old green tinted specs on show here. We're acting as if Hibs were out of order wanting to keep their best player, they're not. Am * certain if some english team came in for Scotty Brown or Wee Aiden with £10 mil i'd be knockin it back.

Let's take a step back here and honest with ourselves. The £4 mil they were looking for was a joke figure as far as am concerned, but if they didn't want to sell then that's up to them. Fletcher will get his move in the summer am certain of that, i just hope it's not to us.

 

aiden isnt worth no were near 10 millon.id take 6/7 millon without a thought

 

aiden is worth around 6/7.scott brown is worth around 10/12.if we got those sort off offers they would be away.

Am tryin to make a point about some people callin Hibs out of order for wanting to keep their best player when if it was us we would want the same thing. Next thing i know you and your wee croney there are branching off into some pish about who's worth what. So don't come the *.

If you think we'd accept 6/7 for McGeady or 10/12 for Brown your very much mistaken pal. The manager wants to keep these kind of players who he can build around and given our financial situation we have absolutely no need whatsoever to sell anyone for any kind of money.
