    If Caulker signs, it will probably be to replace Toure - who will most likely move into a coaching role (IMO).

    With Caulker, Boyata, Jozo, Erik and Ajer as back up it would be the strongest our defence has been in a long while.

    Honestly doubt he'd go there. He obviously needs something different for his career and his life. Going to Borough would just keep him stuck in the cycle he's in. Not to say he'd 100% get back to being a star player and a healthy individual with us, but we have Rodgers and a top notch back room staff. That's gonna sway him to us I think.

    Absolutely, he met him on a personal basis as an old mentor. Maybe he wants to sign him maybe not. Twitter etc have just added 2 + 2 together, as you say until they arrive for a Medical we usually don't know who we are in talks with.
